The program connected pieces of AI I had been experimenting with on my own. I learned how to build prompts I could actually reuse, then turn them into workflows and agents that run without me babysitting them. I was using what I built at work before the course was even over.

I was looking for something practical, not another course explaining what AI could do. We spent the program actually building with it. I created an agent that turns project updates into a weekly stakeholder brief and flags anything that needs follow-up. It has genuinely changed how I manage my week.

What surprised me was how quickly the skills became useful. I started with better prompts for customer research and ended up building a workflow that organizes feedback, identifies themes, and drafts follow-up actions. I use something from the course almost every day now.
